In 1976, 27th March, Chief Bayo Kuku C.O.N with some respectful Nigerians founded the Company known as West Africa Offshore Ltd. Popularly Called: WAO with registration RC: No. 17256.
The Company grew to the highest height in the Marine, Oil & Gas Industry of Nigeria, covering East &West African Region in Association of SEACOR MARINE Inc. USA, between 1976 -2014 for about 38 years. WAO Ltd in association with Seacor Marine Inc, the world’s second largest provider of Marine Transportation Services Company, provided & supplied in confident all type of vessels of various modifications and specifications that allows installation of items such as a heli-deck to almost all the Oil – Majors such Companies as:

In 2014 unfortunately due to the Niger Delta Crises, in Nigeria and the negative effect caused by the crises to the International and Indigenous Companies in Nigeria, WAO Ltd, was adversely affected by the exist of SEACOR Marine Inc, in Nigeria. That lead to the winding up of WAO Ltd .
Nevertheless the long standing relationship and association with SEACOR Marine Inc, USA is still very much cordial and open to future business relationship .
We strongly believe, that as our business environment becomes more friendly and acceptable to the International standard, SEACOR Marine Inc, a Company we have build trust and worthy business relationship will not hesitate a CONSIDERATION of coming back full and doing business with our new venture at the instance of our invitation .
